1. Provider Identification

2. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms govern website use and vehicle rental. By using the site or renting, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and rental agreement. Governed by Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII "On Electronic Commerce" and Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX "On Consumer Protection".

3. Rental Requirements

You must be 21+ with a valid driver's license. Vehicles have compulsory motor third-party liability insurance per Law of Ukraine No. 1961-IV. Insurance and deposit terms are in the rental agreement. You are liable for fines and uncovered damages.

4. Fees and Cancellation

Prices are in UAH and include applicable taxes. A refundable deposit may apply. Cancel free up to 48 hours before pickup; later cancellations may incur a fee. Refunds within 7 days. Statutory rights under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX apply.

5. Insurance and Liability

Compulsory insurance covers third-party liability. Optional coverage available. We are not liable for indirect losses. Our liability is limited to the rental fee, except where prohibited by law. Report accidents immediately.

6. Personal Data and Cookies

We process personal data per Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI "On Personal Data Protection". We use cookies with consent, except strictly necessary cookies, per Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX "On Electronic Communications". See Privacy Policy.

7. Complaints and Disputes

Send complaints to contact@rigiddrift.com. We aim to resolve within 30 days. You may contact the State Service for Food Safety and Consumer Protection of Ukraine. Governed by Ukrainian law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Current version on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
