Fees and disclaimers

What the daily rate covers, and what it does not

All amounts are in hryvnia and include VAT. The table lists every charge that sits outside the daily rate. A short note below covers documents, fines and the optional damage waiver. Figures apply to compact and sedan classes; SUV and van classes carry a surcharge.

Damage waiver

Declining the waiver leaves a 12,000 UAH excess on bodywork damage. Accepting it lowers your liability to 2,500 UAH.

Fines

Parking and traffic penalties issued during the rental are paid by the driver. We forward them with a 100 UAH handling fee.

Documents

Bring an original driving licence held for at least two years, a passport or IDP, and the payment card in the driver's name.

Rates last reviewed 12 January 2026. Charges are billed in UAH; card settlements follow the bank rate on the return date.
